Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Ksty.ch — the website, the dashboard and the API gateway at /api/v1.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and its API keys: keep keys secret, rotate a key if it may have leaked, and revoke keys you no longer use. Team owners are responsible for the members they invite.

Credits and payment

Calls are metered in credits. Each API's price per call is shown in the docs and on the pricing page. Credits are bought in packs through our payment processor (Stripe); promotional credits may expire and are spent first. Refunds follow the refund policy shown on the Billing page.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to send spam, to probe or attack other systems, or to get around rate limits, geo rules or credit metering. We may suspend a key that is being abused — you are told why, and can contact us to have it restored.

Availability

We work to keep the gateway available and publish live health on the status page, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Credits charged for a call that failed upstream are refunded automatically.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from Account settings. Any remaining credits are forfeited — the confirmation step shows the amount before you confirm. To ask about a refund instead, contact api@kstych.com before closing.
